HUD's Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO)

FHEO strives to eliminate housing discrimination and promote economic opportunity, and achieve diverse and inclusive communities by enforcement, administration, development, and public understanding of federal fair housing policies and laws. FHEO offers assistance with filing complaints, support for persons with disabilities, support for persons with limited English proficiency, Housing Choice Vouchers (Rental Assistance) Housing counseling, and help with tenants' rights, laws, and protections.
